The Austrian Bergbautag (Mining Conference) 2022 was held under the motto “Mining in the digital age” with special focus on energy efficiency, resource conservation, quality assurance and safety.
This topic was highlighted in the opening statement by Elisabeth Köstinger, Minister of Mining, as well as in the plenary lectures by high-ranking representatives of the University of Leoben, the Ministry, interest groups and industry.
